Ann Taylor striped wrap top

Ann Taylor wrap top with thin black stripes. Bottom layer or wrap buttons at hip and then top layer of wrap ties at the side. There is also a button at the bust to keep the top layer in place. The sleeves are 3/4 length and have a french type cuff.
