Ann Taylor skinny calf hair belt

Leopard print belt in calf hair with gold hardware. Beautiful, have gotten tons of compliments, but now too large. It has wear - specifically where I used to close it, the front and backing have separated a bit. I’ve glued with flexible glue before which works for a while but not permanent - makes the belt a little harder in those areas.
