@canyonvintage I’ve misplaced my tape measure and while I’ve looked in all possible areas it may be I didn’t find it. The dress is a size 4…I’ll keep looking but it may be a few days before I get the measurements to you. Sorry!

@canyonvintage ok found my measuring tape. This dress does not have a standard waist as the seam is below the breast. But breast is about 34”. And it’s a flouncy dress so hip area is calculated by measuring seam to seam on the side and it’s 40”. These are taken with the dress lying flat. Hope this helps…
