The skirt is fully lined but there is a filmy look to the middle of the skirt that has majority of the black sequins. Black Sequins on the black silk is a super elegant look, it does not have the look of raw silk but rather a smooth finish and is absolutely gorgeous, and ready to go to a new home VGUC (i’m really not sure it was ever worn)
