Ann Taylor fully lined suede pants in size 12

These pants appear to be from the 1980’s and are made of suede. As such, they appear to be a smaller size 12. They are brown in color, fully lined, and have a cross hatch decoration near the knee. I don’t think they were ever worn, but they have a tear at the bottom hem of the left leg (please see photo), as an alteration to shorten the pant length was attempted but abandoned. They will need to be professionally cleaned as they have been in a closet for many years.
