Ann Taylor dress pants

These appear to be dark navy verging on black, with a white stripe down each side. Please see the photo for color comparison- black pants are the top, these are the bottom. They feel almost like silk but are 100% polyester. Triple hook and eye closure with a button as well. Has both front and back pockets. I don’t see any rips/tears/stains. Please ask any questions!
