Ann Taylor dress

Ann Taylor sheath dress with stunning and unique ruffle collar. Dress has a v-neck. This dress could be dressed up for a night out, or worn to work with a blazer or cardigan. I wore this dress once or twice. It does have a very small blemish/fabric pull at the waist on the fro t from normal wear. I didn't even notice it until I was taking pictures for the listing and had the waist of the dress at eye level.
