Ann Taylor blouse

Ann Taylor leafy flowery print blouse. Brand new. This is a size small but I am a Medium and it fits perfectly. There are two buttons in the back of the shirt by the neck. The second one down (the loop that goes around the button is stretched out (as seen in photo). I’m sure it can be easily fixed or left open!
