Ann Taylor black ruched peplum top. Brand new with tags. The pictures of the top without a model don’t do it justice so I added a stock photo. Ruched +peplum+black is a good way hide problem areas. The fabric is not heavy & could be worn in summer with the right bottom as well as year round. This well made top has a side zipper & is lined. The color is 100% black, I took pictures outside - hence the change in colors. Measurements when laid flat: 24” across & 28” shoulder to seam.
