NWT beautiful black Ann Taylor skirt 72% rayon 23% nylon 5% spandex has an elastic band throughout the waist zip up back two usable pockets that zip in the front. measures 18 in in length.. measures 16 in across lying flat. a lot of stretch to the skir t definitely could be worn by a size 6 as wel.l very very well made!!! . stored in non-smoking closet..
