Ann Taylor V-Neck Navy Blue Dress with Polka Dots in Size 0

This is a sleeveless fit & flare dress. It has a navy blue background with small white polka dots and larger colorful polka dots. It has a zipper and hook and eye closure in back. No pockets. Condition: Good Pre-owned condition with some minor wear on strap and bust area (see photos).
