Brand new with tags! Perfect condition. No flaws. This is a true wrap dress. It is lined. The fit in the waist and chest can be adjusted with the waist ties. I am a 32” chest, 28” waist and this fit nicely because of the wrap style. I was able to adjust the ties to fit my body. Chest: 36” Length: 42”
