Ruched and boned bodice ties in front, and pleated skirt falls from an empire waist (a la Bridgerton). Sheer black chiffon over a black satiny lining, with square polka dots cleverly angled so they add to the visual swing and movement of the dress. The bodice is lined with additional heavy satin and has an elastic band with hook-and-eye under the bust. Hidden back zipper closure.
