Black sheath dress size 8. PTP measurements is 18in, waist measurement is 15.5in. In great condition, never wore since I didn’t know it was dry clean only. Has cute gold bows on front, dress is dry clean only so bows look might fall off if thrown in washer. Dress isn’t skin tight, but fitted.
