NWT Ann Taylor RIBBON CHAIN PLEATED SKIRT

Love the color, it’s hard to find skirts in navy blue. The style and fit are feminine but not frilly. I like it so much that I bought a second one just in case anything happens. This works perfectly with the Ribbon Chain Top and also with the scallop neckline sweater.
