Ann Taylor Navy Ribbon Flare Sleeve Blouse

Purchased on Poshmark, but item was not in ideal condition. There are two pull lines in the front of the top (pictures in listing). First pull is @ 4” long and second is @ 5” long. Still a cute top and pulls may not matter to some.
