Ann Taylor Loft blazer size 4p. The outside is in fantastic shape, with the only issue being the bottom button, which has a thread coming loose. Please refer to the photos. The lining does have some issues (again, you can refer to the photos); There are two holes in the right underarm, and the stitching is separating on one of the seams in that same area. These areas look to be easily repairable, but please be aware that there are places where the garment shows wear.
