Ann Taylor (Loft) black detailed dress

Has detailed designs over whole dress. It is a size 0 Petite(Sorry my finger was covering the "0p"). It is originally $79.99. It has never been worn. Still has the tags, and was purchased only 1 week ago, but not able to return(because it was end of he season apparel... Even though it is full price😕) after not fitting properly on my sister.( because it is petite... And she has long legs) this dress is fitting around he waist... And AM WILLING TO REASON WITH PRICE😃
