Ann Taylor Loft Petite Red ruffle v-neck dress

This gorgeous red dress is 100% silk. It is petite, so check size measurements in the photos. I have only ever had it dry cleaned. It is light weight and perfect for a summer date night. The waist has elastic. The v-neckline has ruffles around it which a bit of fraying that was like it when originally purchased from the Loft.
