Ann Taylor Loft Patterned Midi Dress

Great work dress, slight elastic around the waist to accentuate but flowy. Fun ruffle details on the shoulders and the hem to give the dress more personality. I’m 5’6” and it hits just below the knee, total length 43”, waist 13-18” flat. Purchased used so the price reflects!
