Id suggest looking at a size guide for Whatever brand the item is ( in this case Ann Taylor ) , however this jacket is from so many years ago I believe sizing standards have changed.
I'd say it looks closest to a 4. I'm a 6 and would prefer it to be looser and longer in length at the hips.
The arms are long, which I like, but the fit isn't quite right.
