Really pretty black-and-white blouse from LOFT with circles and polka dots. There's elastic around the waist and cap sleeves, as well as a five-button placket with a tie at the neck. The top of the blouse is sheer, but there's more coverage starting at the button area. Elastic at waist. Measurements are shown in photos.
