Ann Taylor LOFT Size 0 Tan/brown Pencil Skirt

Ann Taylor LOFT Size 0 Tan/brown Pencil Skirt From the Brand Ann Taylor LOFT in a size 0. This is a solid brown/tan skirt. I am not sure exactly what color it would be considered. It is lined and has a back slit. It is in good pre-owned condition. The only flaws I am seeing are on the waistband. There are some indents. I am guessing from a clip hanger. Most shirts should cover it when on. One of the tags was cut from the skirt, but it does not affect the skirt. There is a very small pull/snag on the side of the skirt near the bottom. It is about the size of a pen head and blends in well.  Please review all pictures and ask any questions you may have. The waist is about 14 inches and pulls to a max of about 14.5 inches. There is little to no give here. At the max, it might be tighter on. The slit is about 5 inches. The total length is about 20.5 inches.
