Worn and laundered once, no pilling or signs of wear. There is a flaw: The stitching on hem at one side is coming loose. (see last 2 photos) Some "Fray Check" could be put there or it can be sewn by hand or machine. Top is from LOFT, is a soft sweatshirt like material in a light speckled gray with white trim, tie on side. Size is Petite Medium. Measurements are listed below. 86% cotton, 14% polyester. Trim is 100% cotton. Measures 20" across bust unstretched, 27 1/2" length at longest point in back, 20" sleeve. NOTE: Not from a non-smoking home.
