Ann Taylor Floral Pleated-Waist Cushion Dress

This dress is so different in the way it feels. It has a “cushiony” texture. There is a thickness to it with a slight spongy push in the material. It’s pleated the entire way around the waist giving the slender hourglass shape and skirt part of the dress flares out. It is silky smooth and has very little stretch. It zippers on the side. The fabric is 93% polyester and 7% spandex. Dry clean. It’s bran new, never worn. (The tag broke off). It’s in excellent condition. Offers are welcomed.
