Fit & Flare dress from Ann Taylor. Tank style, sleeveless, can be worn with a regular bra. Striped midsection, with asymmetrical stripes on the skirt. Black fabric tie belt. Hemline is different lengths. Barely worn, great condition. Very small green spot on bottom front, see pic. Can possibly be cleaned out, but it’s mostly hidden in the way the skirt falls anyway.
