Absolutely love this dress, but it doesn’t fit the way I would like it to fit! It’s brand new with tags and has never been worn. Dress has scalloped sleeves, neckline, and hem. Could fit up to a Reg S depending on measurements. 35in long and 15in across the center laying flat. #offerswelcome
