Ann Taylor Dress

So so pretty! Navy blue Ann Taylor dress with spaghetti straps, gathered ruching on the bust, gorgeous (cream or light tan) like stitching under the bust and in a beautiful fern design all along the bottom. The dress falls just under the knee. Just sweet, feminine, and pretty! I wore it at my bridal shower and haven't had an occasion to wear again. It fits smaller than a 10.
