Ann Taylor Dark Navy Off Shoulder Elegant Top

Off shoulder dark navy top (not as dark as it appears in the photos) in thick crepe material. thick band goes across shoulders and connects to 3/4 length sleeves. Simple but elegant layer that is versatile and can be styled a variety of ways. Loved it but rotating my closet. In very good used condition.
