Another beautiful sleeveless shell by Ann Taylor. 2 1/2" wide straps, and buttons that go down the center that can be opened if you prefer a V-neck look. Navy blue detail on the edge, middle and bottom of the blouse. Hits below the hip and is meant to be worn open to show the navy blue, but can also be worn tucked in. A looser fit, that flares out at the bottom. Size 2, fits a size Small. 100% Polyester.
