Ann Taylor Burgandy Wine Skirt Size 0 with liner

Very flowy Ann Taylor size 0 dressy skirt in deep rich burgandy/wine color. The skirt has a liner underneath as pictured with side pockets and zipper. The top of the waistband is 14", the bottom of the wide waistband is 15" and it is 25" in length. There is no stretch/give in the waistband.
