Ann Taylor Beige Canvas and Leather Tote

This is a very roomy tote that has never been used. Some small scratches on bottom and rubbing on corners (see pics). One corner also has a bit of discoloration (see last pic). See pics for measurements. I am not positive the leather is genuine. There is one zippered pocket and two large slide pockets on the inside. No issues with zippers. The lining is not tight and has a fold in it (see pic). No stains, rips or odors.
