ssbj @powder0312 it was snug on me. not too tight I couldn't sit, but the stretch helped. I'll measure it flat, if that helps. I think it was 22" not stretched. I'll double check.

ssbj @powder0312 oops, I was wrong. the hips are 20" flat, not stretched. I added the measurements above. hopefully that helps. 🙂
