Ann Taylor 100% silk blouse, epaulettes shoulder

Reposhing this item I purchased from @gonzobeary. Lovely piece, but I ordered a size too small and was wrongfully hopeful it would fit. Should be true to size (10). Only tried on, never worn. Questions? Leave a comment below!
