Side hip left interior tie to rear hip right exterior 2. Rear hip left exterior tie to side hip right exterior Sorry this sounds convoluted, it’s 2 ribbons to create a wrap closure at back. I wear it without fastening these ties for layering purposes. For open wearing, you most likely cannot wear it without skirt/pants underneath, as the opening starts at hip level.
