Reposhing this item I purchased from @bobbicornelius. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. These are totally rad 80s aerobics style lol! Each unit weighs up to 5lbs (each :) and has removable portions. As the straps are adjustable this can be used on many different parts of the body. (Or whatever.)
