purseble @jody_2014 hi! We will send to whatever address you submit for shipping. Posh mark sends the shipping label so we can’t decide what address to ship to as the person buying it puts their address. As far as the counter offer, we really can’t see going below $220 as posh mark keeps 20%. We dropped from $325 to $292 and now $220 so I think we have to stand firm since it is a never worn brand new blazer with all tags attached. We are happy to send ASAP and will ship in the morning!
