Anime Ciel Phantomhive Black Butler

Blazer and shorts for this Cirl Phantomhive anime costume, size XS girls. the black tie is not with the costume, only the blazer and shorts shown. Silver metal double breasted, pleats on bottom, black inner lining. Note it was worn twice, there are white stains on left arm on the left side in front. I took close up pics of those areas. I HAVE NOT TRIED TO WASH IT. Pit to put 16" Shoulder to bottom 27" Shorts: waist has elastic at sides for a little stretch waist 13" Top to bottom hemline 18" Rise 8"
