Animal Print Skirt sz XS

Purchased a couple of years ago at Target and never wore it outside. I should have known that pencil skirt doesn't look good on me ;-) It is also too long for my height. Waist measures at 12.5" (will stretch) and length is 23". Would be cute on someone tall (or taller than me... which is pretty much everyone!).
