Angie Dark Blue Fringe Rayon Mini Dress

I got this at one of Denver's most coveted boutiques. This dark blue dress by Angie is ornamented with short fringe on the collar and sleeves, as well as with rows down the front. It's made of 100% of the softest rayon. Tag says size M, but I believe it to fit like a small.
