Navy color circus / carnival print cotton dress with built in petticoat. Angelic Pretty Magical Etoile Square OP in Navy Freshly laundered, ready to wear. No deep wrinkles. The condition is very good for its age and well taken care of. Some very very faint stain around the collar (see pic), I didn't notice before washing so I did not pretreat it. Armhole has 2 buttons on each side for adjustment, I believe 1 button is lost (see pic). Since the extra button is redundant, you don't even have to replace to wear. Has built in petticoat.
