shepheat @mochifred hi :) yes it’s 28inch waist (there’s a little stretch to it) and 53 inches long. I am 5’7” and it hits the floor when I have it on with one inch heels (it’s too small for me to zip so please excuse the picture- it looks MUCH better on a size 10 lol)
