Andree by Unit Off the Shoulder Pom Pom Blue, White and Red Top

This striking blue and white striped top has an elastic neckline so it can be worn off the shoulders. The sleeves are stunning with embroidered flowers, pom pom fringe and bell sleeves. It looks like it is missing one of the sleeve pom poms (see picture). Length is 21” from the middle of the shirt and pit to pit is 17”. Sleeves are 20” and the sleeve opening is 15”.
