New condition. It still smells like the plastic or new smell when turned on. It was bought on a trip last summer and used once, then has been sitting in a drawer. I do not have the guards that go on it, nor the box it came in. Has cooling button and high, medium, and low settings. Also, 2 different voltage settings on the back, which are 150v or 250v.
