@foxwith03 Yes its brand new with tags. I originally bought it for my daughter when she was about 4 years and it fit but she is very picky and didnt like it which is a bummer its so cute. I think 5 months this would be a little big. I am thinking this is more a year or 2 and up to maybe 8 or 9. Def. for smaller heads. Your little one can always grow into it also :)
