ngocnguyen1994 @ekstrong omg that sucks I’m so sorry! Is it a big snag?? Some snags can be fixed by a depiller but it depends on the severity. :/ Just chat with their GEC and send pics - I’m sure they’ll be able to help you. Lulu’s customer service has always been top notch! :)

ngocnguyen1994 @ekstrong hmmm if it’s not too bad, maybe a depiller would help?? I’ve had some minor snags completely solved after hauling a depiller (gently and on lowest setting). Idk what they can do but it doesn’t hurt to ask? :)

ngocnguyen1994 @robinanore yeah it can be hard to capture colors very well because there is a difference in camera quality, lighting, etc! I try to take my pics in natural lighting and flash if I can manage it!
