An Isaac Mizrahi blouse blue and white size 18W

This is a 3/4 sleeve Isaac Mizrahi blouse size 18W. It has a round neck, buttons halfway down, and has raised white dots on a white and blue striped background. It also has two rows of white on either side of the bodice. It has elastic in the sleeves to blouse them out, or you can wear them as pictured here, and it has a row of white stripes horizontal across each sleeve.
