Amy Byer black and white print skirt AND top

This is a matching top and skirt by Amy Byer. The skirt has an elastic waist and a high/low hem. The top has a tie in the back and ties on the sleeves. Such a beautiful and comfy outfit. The top is a bit sheer and the skirt is fully lined. (I did not need to wear a cami under the shirt.)
