Amy Byer Vintage Tunic Shirt

Super cool vintage piece in great condition. Belted at the waist, and it appears it was hand hemmed at some point. Not sure of the fabric content because the tag is faded but I would say it’s polyester. Such a bright vibrant print. No size tag but it fits like a small! 29” from shoulder to hem, 24” sleeve. Small stain or mark on the bottom of the right sleeve (last picture). Make an offer! Thanks for looking.
