Amy Byer Velvet and Satin Black Skirt EUC

Amy Byer black velvet skirt with a gorgeous satin look fish tail detail in the front. These two fabrics together are so rich and luxurious. Skirt is in excellent condition. Tag size large, while it does have a stretchy elastic waist it looks more like small or medium. Possibly 90's or early 2000's vintage?
